Offline-first Mobile App for Field Teams

Problem: field teams worked with unreliable connections and reports had to be re-entered after returning to the office.

Solution: we built an offline-first workflow for checklists, photo documentation, and synchronization when a connection is available.

Result: field reports became more consistent, work evidence was documented, and administrative work decreased.
